GHAC was recommended to me by a long time Montgomery County resident whose opinion I trust and respect. I also checked around and GHAC has an excellent reputation. So I hired them to replace a furnace and central air conditioner.
Of the three vendors who quoted the job, GHAC seemed the most thoughtful in what they recommended and they also ended up offering the best value priced option.

Furthermore, they were accommodating to my needs and made a separate trip to take out the old furnace and allowed me time to replace the floor before they came back to install the new furnace.

They installed the furnace and A/C with extra care and had a crew of folks spending most of the day doing it. I felt they were honest and highly competent and I give them my absolute highest recommendation.
